The construction of the Rialb dam has turned the area into an ideal place for doing water sports, including canoeing, sailing, native trout fishing, and various other water sports.

The radiant open-nature landscapes can be toured and explored by a series of roadways and trails, be it on foot, horseback, or mountain bike. Loads of hiking opportunities open up thanks to routes that lead to countless villages with charming rural constructions.
- CLIFF-CLIMBING
The Forat del Buli, a dazzling place where landscape and sports go hand in hand, is ideal for cliff-climbing.
- CULTURAL ITINERARIES
There are 24 hermitages and Romanic churches in the area, a paradise for those who care to visit and find out about these old monuments dating from the 11th and 12th centuries. And from pre-historic times we have the dolmen of Sols de Riu, a typical megalith that consists of big upright stones supporting a bigger slab on top.
